Sussex Group 1 had a farewell meeting and dinner at The Grenadiers Hotel, Hailsham on Thurday 14th Dec 1944 at 7.15pm. They were hoping to hear news of IO's Captain Bond and Captain Bradford.
Captain Bailey sent a letter to all Group 1 Patrol Leaders dated 7 Nov 1944 requesting the return of stores, arms and ammunition. They were to be returned to the home of Frank Jarvis of Bodiam Patrol on 12 Nov 1944.
