Blue Anchor Patrol
John Hepper recalled training with the Scout Section at Goathurst and rifle practice at Nerrols Farm, the home of Mortimer White of Taunton Patrol.
Weapons included rifles, hand grenades, sticky bombs and detonators. Most of the weapons were stored at Marshwood Farm, home of the Hepper brothers, some in the farm house, some in an old caravan that was used as a shepherd's hut.
