Biography
Charles was born to Farmer Charles and Flora Catto on the 14th of June 1917.
From birth right through his life, he stayed at the Mill of Newburgh.
Charles's son - Also Charles, remembers being in a car with his father after the war and his father saying there was a secret bunker in there as they passed Cross Stone Woods near Ellon. His son was not aware he was in the Auxiliary Units
Charles passed away aged 68 suddenly on the 1st of December 1985, at his home which was the Mill of Newburgh.
