Biography
Charles worked on Manor Farm for the Glide family. He married Beatrice Baily in 1927. The son of Joseph and Elizabeth, his mother Elizabeth was widowed early in life and during his childhood she was the Innkeeper of The Rock Inn, Curry Mallet. The couple were Sextant and Caretaker of Curry Mallet church.
