Captain Oakey was noted by ATS Commander Commander Beatrice Temple to have been at Bachelors Hall, Hundon on more than one occasion and was possibly in charge of there in 1942.
By November 1943 he was in Sussex, so was likely the Area Signals Officer for Kent and Sussex.
