Sergeant James Ralph "Jim" Rawling

Biography
James was the Sergeant of Newlyn East Patrol, Cornwall. Known as "Gentleman" Jim he worked all his life in the building trade, starting in Plymouth and moving to set up a firm in Truro. He retired in 1977 and became a local councillor.
