In 1939 he was living with his wife Eunice at 21 Pentyne Ave, Edmonton, London. He was an Orchestral Musician and full time ARP warden. He married Eunice Powell in Bridgend, Glamorgan in 1928.
In 1948 the couple were living in Dartmouth, Devon. In 1958 he was living at 4 Chitton Road, Bath and travelled to Canada as a Journalist. He died in Canada.
